If you can't loose with dignity, don't try. Especially if you don't enter competitions with the simple chance to win something nice and save yourself some cash, but rather with the fixed intention (almost obsession) to WIN...
First of all, we don't know who the real winner is, I could be the winner, the results were bugged. If that's the case this would all be insulting to me. You're congratulating P-roach on bad math and assumptions at this point. Also nobody has lost yet because the results must be negated because of their inaccuracy, why does it have to be whining and moaning for somebody to request accuracy? I congratulated P-roach when I thought he had won, it wasn't until I discovered the inconsistencies and problems with the results that I seriously began to question anything.
As for the competition itself, what do you think the root word of competition is? It's "compete" which according to dictionary.com means:
–verb (used without object),-pet·ed, -pet·ing. to strive to outdo another for acknowledgment, a prize, supremacy, profit, etc.; engage in a contest; vie: to compete in a race; to compete in business.
So how is trying to win it wrong?
