Can I use one Windows CD on two Computer?

    Windows OEM versions and retail versions behave differently but both will load and setup at least up to win7

    Oem then needs a new license (after so many days) or retail will allow you to move the current license on to another machine provided you stop using the first one.

    That is how validation works

    There might be a couple of ways to extend the trial period some if you are waiting for win10 to appear but ultimately the answer to your question is no.
