I am looking to replace the feet on my CM Elite 430 case for taller ones to aid airflow into the PSU.

Could you advise the size of the hole in the case the feet fit into?

I don't want to strip the feet out until I am ready to change them.

A quick attempt to measure the stem gave me 10mm is this correct?

Honestly I would go with an aftermarket set. There is a place here in USA that makes some aluminum feet for cases. Not sure the height you want so i would check them out. mnpctech.com. They might even have a reference to a company near you. I know a couple of the guys on their facebook group that are in UK and get feet from mnpctech.com all the time. Not badly priced either.
