thought i`d post this up for anyone else who happens to have a vaxuhall/ opel corsa c (2000-2006)
to save money on tech 2 diagnostics

this type of car there are multiple corsa`s out there

How to get the fault codes
    Code:
Want to read the Code well first
Take a deep breath get your car keys and get a pen and paper

When you get into the car you know the key has 3 clicks first on for whatever it is second the dash comes on third the starter kicks in

before you put the key into the ignition Make sure that you Press the Break and the Throttle to the Floor ( max
Then turn the key on until The dash board come on and DONT START THE CAR
Wait 2 sec and keep the pedals Down to the floor
the service light under the management light should start flashing

it will flash 4 times leaving 2 second space representing each number
    Zero gets 10 flashes

    for exampleP0110
the light will flash ten times Break (2sec Or 1 not sure) then once, (2sec) once again, then ten

if you have more than one code it will stop for a break then gives the next code
its not a very useful way but helps when you dont want to go to the dealer for a lose socket
NOTE : dont bother with the P or the U at the start
they are not part of the light flashes so just ignore on here
    the codes /defanitions

Very fricking cool. I know Ford or Chevy used to do this back in the early 90's to prevent people from having to purchase code readers or get their vehicles read at the shop. I wish Corsa was over here in the US, sigh.

Yea... Often times the United States when either importing a car or containing a car that is in other countries for mass production changes the vehicle's ECU. Of course part of this is within the United States strict Emission laws and other things. But very cool to hear that this work on the Corsa.

it has somthing to do with the Transmission Control Module
if the problem keeps happening it probbly a good idea to get it looked over
