    Wow...

I think I'm going to wait and see if there is going to be anything added that's not exclusively Origin in the above average section (I hate Origin). Otherwise I guess I'll be the cheap bastard and only pay $1...

Origin sucks, but 5 of the games are on steam too
I doubt it would get updated with any additional games though, whats already up is a bloody good deal.

thats an amazing bundle tbh, some great titles in there and I think that personally will see this as one of the best selling bundles they will of had for a while unless another company can match it. Just don't understand what some people have against origin especially when you could own all those games, just seems petty to me but thats my opinion, I've been using it since it started and never had any issues so wonder what issues people have had to make them feel like that.

Same here Simon, always liked it, even when it was called EA download manager. Usually I get way better download speeds on installing from them than from steam that everyone loves. Steam usually can't give me more then 6MB/s where I get my max speed of almost 10MB/s on origin :)
5 of the games even give steam codes too this time though for those who don't like origin.

Origins just slow and that's not just me. It took me nearly 2 hours yesterday to add the battlefield, deadspace 3 and sims 3 code because it took forever loading.

Gotta agree on that though Rik, their servers aren't good at handling high loads at once. Like when 100 thousands of ppl tried to activate their humble codes yesterday at once .. or when BF3 came out and such (and prolly same with BF4) .. they need to work on their load balancing for sure

I think its software related though, I can open origin up and redeem a code within 30 seconds, but yesterday and this morning, it took near 10 minutes just to open origin, then another 15 to open up the screen where you can enter your code.

yep, the downside to lazy programming that has taken over. Embedded browser windows instead of dialog GUIs. So much easier for them to maintain and create - but oh so many flaws (and another reason to always update IE though one doesn't use it as browser)

I bought it thinking I didn't have Dead Space 3, only to find out I already have it.. so just spent $5 for Sims 3, as it was the only game I didn't have

Aye, I only bought it for Sims 3 for the missus and dead space 3 for me but it's still great value for money, even if you only need one or 2 of the games

Most people don't seem to understand how the Humble Bundle works. The idea is that you pay what you think the games are worth. If you think it's an "amazing value" then you're probably being cheap and underpaying. The price isn't $5; it's whatever you're comfortable paying.
