Tried F1 2010 a few days ago. It's a terrible console-to-PC port. You can't change the controls, it's awfully story-based and you need an internet connection and some kind of Game Live or sth account to play (otherwise you can't save your progress which means that at every game start you'll have to go through the very slow player configuration). Avoid at all cost, no worth a penny IMO. What a frustration after waiting for countless years for a successor to GP4...

Just as well that i'm getting it for the 360 then. Some games are made for the console and some are made for the PC, on the odd occasion they're designed for both. Just as shame though when a game is 'ported' to work on a different platform, sometimes it can be pulled off, but more commonly when its not ben specifically designed, it can be horrible.

I'm a bit surprised, that F1 2010 isn't all that good on PC though, if I was asked i'd have said that it had been designed for all platforms and therefore would expect exactly (or as near damn it) the same experience across the board.

If none of that makes sense then i'll blame it on the sleep deprivation :p - It makes sense in my head

Games _really_ designed for both PC and consoles are very rare as far as I know. The only game that would come to my mind would be the upcoming Crysis (whatever they'll call it ;)).
Otherwise, ports are more or less good. Usually when you can't customize the controls or (to a lesser degree) save whenever you want, it's not a good sign.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 for ten bucks, was really a bargain. And despite OF DR is buggy game, 3 bucks for it isn't a price at all.

    P.S.: Let's hope, Space Marine would be a decent 360-to_pc port. :D

Can we have some updates. :) it's good to have a list of good games. Once i had 15$ to spend on a game, and couldn't make up my mind which game to go for, but then i went for GRID !, for 14.99$ :D

We could have a weekly Steam gaming deals news article, that goes through the gaming deals of that week, it's a possibility.

I don't like Steam, they keep stealing my money :( Luckily I already have Portal 2 - I was tempted to get Torchlight II when it was on sale, but it seems I restrained myself from buying it :p

Is it only me or do other people want to see Early access titles drop in price a bit? I mean I'm all for developer enhancement and upcoming indies but the prices for early access are a little steep in my opinion!
