Would just like to put a good word in for xspc customer service. Bought a raystorm cpu waterblock in April, early last week, the supplied LED's started failing and ended up falling apart due to excessive heat (cables were mixed up and slightly touching bare wires). Emailed xspc on Monday and received a replacement today.

    Great job :)
