For those worried about online, use Adblock Plus (subscribe to Fan Boy & Easy List) + Do Not Track Plus (by Albine) and then rest easy.

I use chrome with a couple of extensions, and while im using firefox i keep minimal extensions. I used to be a real extension junkie for firefox, but then it had slowed down my firefox startup quite alot. So I decided to knock most of them off. :D I only keep a few scripts :) A bookmark manager, and downloader :)

The only one I actually use that's in the list is AdBlock... I really hate it when websites are litteraly stuffed with ads...

You mean similar to the inbuild one in chrome? Firefox doesn’t use separate processes for each tab and plugin like Chrome does, so it has no reason to have a task-manager like Chrome
