Hey all, I'm going to be moving up to Skylake in the next week or so, so I guess it's time to let go of my trusty 2500k.

    CPU - Intel i5-2500K
I've had this since launch day, so it is out of warranty, but it comes with box, maunal and stock cooler (sorry no sticker).
I've had some absolutely cracking overclocks out of this, my overall best was 5.1GHz, but that was under custom water cooling and with a Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H. Under a H100i I have only really pushed it to 4.8 because temperatures started creeping into the 80s, but it has ran at stock for 99% of its life and always under 1.45v.
Before sale, I will overclock it once again for the prospective buyer.

    Motherboard - ASUS P8Z77-I Deluxe
I only really bought this because of the vertical card (seriously, I spent an extra £50 over a Gigabyte board because of it).
It is a year old, so still has 2 years warranty left (I will help with any RMA issues).
Box is present with most accessories (I say most because I normally take out the SATA cables and forget to put them back in).

    RAM - Kingston HyperX Genesis 8GB 1600MHz (2x4GB)
Bought this ages ago on sale at OCUK (I think it was £50). Lifetime warranty and all of the usual jazz. Blue in colour, so matches the motherboard well. Never overclocked, so don't actually know how far this will go; Ill overclock it with the CPU later.

    Prices:
CPU - If it hits over 5GHz, I know 'Golden chips' can sell for over £100, but call it £100 incP+P. If it can't hit over 5GHz, I will sell for £75 incP+P.

Motherboard - These are still selling on eBay for over £100, so again, let's call my price £100 incP+P

RAM - RAM prices are hit and miss, but this kit sells on average for £45, so I'll accept £40 incP+P

If someone buys everything, I will sell for £220incP+P or £210 collected (that's if the CPU hits 5GHz)....That will be just enough for some DDR4 :p

    Hey Rik,

Interested in the motherboard. Would you take an offer of £90?

That's a fair offer, however I want to wait to see if there are any offers for the complete set before I commit splitting (means I will be left with a CPU and RAM and not enough money to buy my upgrade :p )

    Sure thing, that's understandable.

If you decide to split I'd be happy to take the board.

    Cheers :)

Thanks for the interest, things have happened which has resulted in these items no longer being for sale.
If I do plan on putting them up for sale again, I'll drop you a PM to give you first refusal.
