    Need help I have a problem with Netflix and prime video on the PC both with silver light and HTML 5 vid as in picture any ideas

    The only way out is to reset the pc

    I use Netflix only on my smartphone, Haven;t try with PC.

    No its still the same and its the same with amazon video too it seems to be a layer as if i take a screenshot on pc it shows a perfect screen i can only show the problem if i take a photo

    Are you using the Windows apps? I've seen a lot of problems online with them.

    Have you made sure the browsers are fully updated, and possibly a reinstall of the browser may be necessary.
