Just wondering on what people's thoughts on the design of this site are?

    Colour scheme etc... mainly.

    Thanks,

I had a look and it seems nice, but with this skin, it's unique as no other site has this theme apart from here. Will revise it soon maybe.

I like this theme, just think it needs a bit more brightness and/or pictures.

Decided on this style now, so you should all have a blue/silver/grey style now as your default style.

I think the style you have picked looks great, although I couldn't really see the difference between the options you had. :)

I really like this theme. The colors seem easy on my eyes. But if you do go for a different theme, please keep this in consideration :)

I also think it's good how it's sort of an inverse of the main eTeknix site.

The color scheme is nice, relaxing, easy to read, but.. slightly generic. Imo not worth changing it unless you can accomplish all these, which is pretty hard.

IMHO, I think it's pretty hard to achive a "non-generic" look with these vBulletin boards. Unless, of course, you were able to add your own background and create your own color theme. But I've only partially adminstered Invisionfree boards before, so I don't know :)

What do you think about alternating the theme every month or something? I think that would be a pretty neat idea :)

Maybe you could have sponsored themes eg. Antec skin etc.

Just caught this thread. I think the forum look is good and yes they can be highly customized if you're willing to dedicate the time. But I must say I wish the regular site http://www.eteknix.com/ and the forum had the same color scheme. Of which, I'd probably lean closer to the forum style.

yea, that's not a bad idea, but we would need several color schemes that are as good as the current one, again, difficult.
