Oh by the way, sorry for the double-post, but I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the use of ads on this site. I have
mentioned before that I appreciate how the ads are very relevant to my wants (like cases or power-supplies) so I click
them (yes, I actually click an ad.. I don't think I've ever done that for a website) when I find something interesting.

I also really, really like that there are no text-based ads. A lot of forums and news sites have text-based ads which insert
hyperlinks into specific keywords which link to external sites in a form of advertising. Even worse, sometimes the links
turn into little pop-ups when you drag your mouse over them - omg that is so annoying!!

But eTeknix has just a few quiet, interesting ads surrounding the borders of the forum. Very nice.

    That is all. :D

I completly agree with GreatWalrus, all the ads are relevant and geeky enough for us all :p, but im pretty sure that google's adsense lets you do that? like theres an option?? am i right?

    Andy,

I really like the Twitter, PSN, Xbox Live, and Xfire additions to the About Me page :) Thanks for covering both Ps3 and Xbox ;) That helps prevent flame wars! lol

Style's pretty nice (the default one, haven't looked at the others). The banner ad at the top could use some margin though, it's practically touching the breadcrumb.

I love the current style because of the curves and nice color combinations. The bullet hole like facebook, twitter, rss, and youtube links are good looking too!

Color scheme is good, i just think that the header/banner of the website with the eTeknix logo ought to be on a white background, because the logo doesn't stand out with the blue background. Just my opinion, not a hater :)

I think it would look better if the navigation bar scrolls( technically it doesn't scroll, it just stays there forever ) with page via CSS style called "position:fixed" .

Or there should be a button called "back to top", just like this - Demo: Animated Scroll to Top

EDIT: If the bar just doesn't show up, use "z-index:9999" on that element! ;)

Actually working on that so the nav bar scrolls with the page :)

    Thanks,

You have done a great job by making such a design, but i will suggest you that you should use different shades of colorings for text that will look more attractive. The text size and also the font looking cool.
