Finally, the successor to the Define R4 is out after over two years in development. It comes in black and white as usual, with the option to choose the new titanium finish model as well. All finishes are also available with windowed side panels.

I have the Define R4 Arctic White, and I love it. Great features for avoiding noise, such as noise dampening materials in the side panels, as well as the Moduvent vent covers.

    Available now!

I think that the R5 pretty much solves all R4's problems. Might get one next year!

Definitely getting one for a 2015 build, want a window but worried it might ruin the sound dampening of it

I love the Design and how much of an improvement there is over the R4 version of this case, however I'm not entirely enthusiastic over the fact there isn't a PSU shroud in place.

If this had been added, there would be a bigger market of PC modders and designers who would go for this chassis.

    Just my Opinion.

I own R4 and I'm really happy with it. I've seen the presentations and reviews, i even got a chance to get my hands and mess around with it for a while and yes they listed to customers and fixed or added all the things they missed on R4. Its a damn fine chassis.

If you want something small go for a Micro ATX, if not the R5 is a great case! :)

Fractal R5 is good, but if they wanna make it better, they should definitely go with selling case mods when R10 is created. You know, with watercooling, neon lights and all. I think it'll be pretty fancy. :p
