Gigabyte one is a beast... the end
NO from msi is the be-a-st
I want this GPU
I need this too.
I'm sure it's a nice card. I'm waiting until the 960 comes out to see what that card is like. Hopefully the prices drop a bit on the 970 at that point.
way better than my 8600 GTS...
i need an upgrade bad. lol
Im debating whether to buy a R9 280X or spend a few extra £ -00's more for gtx 970
Get a 970, its a no-brainer.
Im just trying to work out a build that can play ARMA 3 on ultra with high fps and the R9 is decent enough but I wasnt sure if there was a considerable difference to the 970
There isn't a considerable difference between R9 290 or even R9 290x and GTX 970. R9 280x is more in range with GTX 960.
GTX 970 Asus all the way. STRIX
which model is the best between Asus strix, EVGA and MSI?
I'm a huge fan of anything ASUS, but i really doubt you can go wrong with any of those. As long as they dont come with the reference cooler and are factory OC'd you are good to go with either.
I have the mini itx 970. I really like it, low TDP which is good for me and the performance is really great for it's size.
Do you think the prices for the gigabyte gtx 970 Gaming G1 will go down after computex?
i want this gpu
I will buy this GPU, tomorrow.
It's a good choice. Still one of the best bang-for-your-buck options available. AMD may have some better in terms of pure FPS per dollar, but to me the overall support matters a lot. Nvidia releases driver updates far more frequently, they have Shadowplay which is pretty nifty (I often just use it to check out my FPS in different games), and a bunch of nice features that came with Maxwell (MFAA, DSR, etc.).
It's the best buy in my country, even Sapphire R9 290 Tri X is up 100 dollars up from this one.
