    Work on the theme as to burn more calories than you take. Last but not least, you'll want to judge any program by how many people have actually found success using it. You can measure your waist-line and hips at different time intervals, such as once every month, to track your progress. By nature, humans are at times forgetful, so really, who will actually remember to keep track of everything we eat and record the calories or carbohydrates consumed properly.
