The sound is very good, but the real turn-on is the bass! The setup can shake the walls of 3 neighbors down! JK ;) I really enjoy them, but you have to turn the volume up at least halfway to get good sound. I believe though that's how they made them to work, as they're supposed to be loud.

Many thanks man! :D White is such a classy looking color and before I started I had no idea just how awesome a white setup would look like/be. Oh yeah, bass is good! What's kinda neat is when the bass is cranked halfway or better the scorpion logo on the sub will illuminate blue with every beat :)

This video shows an unboxing and at the 3:50 mark the reviewer cranks up the unit to show the LED lit up scorpion.

Nice! Will check out the video when I get home. Can't stream things at work! :(

I have some Edifier S550's on my setup at home, I keep thinking the bass isn't too bad, but then the neighbours complain... hehe

I hear you on the neighbor thing! ;) I've had them come to my door a few times too about volume levels and bass. Luckily for me they're gone half the year living at their other house in Canada! :) So I got used to playing music loud at times....hehe.

Thanks! ;) Keep saving man! I wouldn't have this amazing setup if I didn't save up for weeks/months on end ;)

The custom white backplates have arrived!! I also ordered a custom SLI bridge cover with them! Will add additional pics when I install them. I need to order a straight 70mm SLI bridge off of Ebay now.

Edit: I ordered these from Coldzero.eu. Great website and awesome experience with my order!

NZXT H440 is definitely the next case I will be buying. However I live in Australia and it will cost that much more -------------------------------------------------------------------------- over here.
Cant decide on the color though, they are all sick, even the Razer edition.

Many thanks!! I would most defiantly recommend the NZXT H440 for a future case upgrade. I went from a CM 690II Advanced and I'm so glad I made the switch.

Thank you for your kind words mate! I appreciate it man! :D

I apologize for my delay in getting some pics posted of the custom backplates and SLI bridge cover I ordered :) So far I've tried 2 different SLI bridges that are rigid and 70mm long, but neither one fit the SLI fingers on my GPUs! :( We're talking just a sliver more and they would've fit! I just bought another one yesterday and hopefully this one will be the magic one! If it doesn't fit, I might give up my search and decide to paint my Asus flexible one an all white color instead. Sure it won't be what I was aiming for, but at least I'll get it finished.

    Stay tuned! :)
